Red Cross Youth Basic Training Course Session 3 YBT (Session 3)

Youth unit structure YBT (Session 3)

Committee work Committee work can be divided into three parts:: Handle daily business:meeting minutes, correspondence, personal files and records, activity reports, training arrangement, service arrangement, recruit and train new members, finance matters, maintenance Plan unit activities:enrolment, recruitment plan, service projects, training courses, friendship programs, international exchange programs. Arrange basic training: YBT course, Drill course and other skills training courses YBT (Session 3)

Senior youth members Roles and responsibilities: Assist UO to lead and guide members As instructor/trainer for basic training in units Lead members to complete the requirement of PP Enhance individual quality and leadership ability YBT (Session 3)

Criteria and insignia: Senior youth members Criteria and insignia: Form 3 or above, has completed practicing stage﹔ For form 3 or above students, can direct enter the probation scheme of senior youth members.
