Committee work Committee work can be divided into three parts:： Handle daily business：meeting minutes, correspondence, personal files and records, activity reports, training arrangement, service arrangement, recruit and train new members, finance matters, maintenance Plan unit activities：enrolment, recruitment plan, service projects, training courses, friendship programs, international exchange programs. Arrange basic training: YBT course, Drill course and other skills training courses YBT (Session 3)

Senior youth members Roles and responsibilities: Assist UO to lead and guide members As instructor/trainer for basic training in units Lead members to complete the requirement of PP Enhance individual quality and leadership ability YBT (Session 3)
