Document Flow Manager 4.10 CEVA Business Users Release notes

Content These Release notes provides description of changes in the Upgraded CEVA DFM 4.10 instance for Business users Slides: Release Overview and Description New UI Preview UI compare (4.6 vs 4.10)

Release Overview and Description Change Description UI update New look and feel of the business user interface. Changes in the menu button - Work Queue Management : Stores all assigned documents for action All existing functionalities will remain same - Search (New UI design for users, existing functionality will remain same) - Administration : New menu button. User settings moved to this tab Out of Office Enhancement User can select the Out of Office Return date. This is marked as an optional field in the tool Advance Search Enhancement UI update to show the list of advanced searches in the left pane of the DFM UI Settings Enhancement Users can select default search for their login (optional) Document selection (optional): Indicate if All pages or predefined part of the document will be shown

New UI Preview The Menu buttons from the previous version has been changed (marked in red in the above snapshot) Work Queue Management : contains all list of all open invoices / documents Search : section for searching documents Administration : User settings Out of Office : Present in the user settings screen, there is an “Out of Office Return Date” added as an optional field
