Navigate the interface Discover: a list of all files that you have access to MS Graph uncovers People that you work with, and shows you the documents that they are working on that you have access to Whether shared in OneDrive, or you have permissions in SharePoint to at least view Highlights popular items based on how many other people are actively looking at that content

Getting and Sharing Links Kind of like “Drop Box” or syncing “Google Docs” Get a Link: For inclusion in another document (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Lets anyone who has the link access the document by default Click that text to open permissions and change those options Anyone, Only people in your company, or Only Specific people Read only or editable Share a Link: Automatically generates an e-mail with the link in it Same permission options as “Get a Link”. Use Only Specific People to include groups within the organization, or external people by their e-mail address Optionally with an expiration date Outlook lets you know when the file is accessed, and also remove access later if required with one click Folder Sharing: make it easy to share multiple items with the same group of people. Tells you how much content you are sharing. IT can set limits (who to share with, max expiry date, etc.)
