4. OneDrive houses documents, presentations, pictures, videos, and more in the cloud. Who can see/edit your documents and folders. Your files and folders.

6. How do I edit files? Choose document, then right click and choose how you want to open it.

7. Word Online vs. Desktop Version Online: Collaboration and Sharing, plus autosave Desktop: More bells and whistles, will need to re-upload or email to save. Opens up a live document online. Downloads a new document to edit on your computer.

9. Microsoft Apps Online files will automatically save in OneDrive.

10. Sharing files Choose whether you want to share editing rights or make the file view only. Shows sharing rights.

11. Another way to share... Click on “File,” choose “Share”

12. Sharing a link to a file Copy link and send it in an email, write it on the board, etc.

What else can I do with OneDrive?  Access documents online  See a list of documents you've recently opened  See documents people have shared with you  Collaborate on documents, plans, data, etc.  Access files from a mobile device by downloading the app from your webstore (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, tablets, etc.)  Sinc computer files to online for backing up.
