Conclusions First phase successful : user feed back from first application shows outstanding potential for this approach. Start of Second phase with pilot projects (mid 98-2002). Open to cooperation with all interested partners. In line with the objectives of the EU fifth framework Programme. The "Bottom-up" approach of MEDSAT gives a driving role to the users.
