Details Statewide initiative Partners: SBDC system, Manufacturer’s Edge, World Trade Center, Procurement Technical Assistance Center Offer technical support for business growth, strategy, marketing, finance, export, and operational excellence

Eligibility Manufacturer located in Colorado Fewer than 20 full-time employees Leadership commitment Ability to implement improvement suggestions Willingness to report program impact

What does a program look like? Funding can be used for consulting services with: Manufacturer’s Edge for support such as: Operational Excellence (ie. Lean Manufacturing, Facility Layout, etc.) Quality Systems (ie. Gap Assessment, SPC, Six Sigma) Growth Services (ie. Product Development, Project Mgmt.) Strategic Planning SBDC Consultants (ie. Business Plan Review, Marketing) SBDC Advance (ie. Economic Gardening, Market Expertise, SEO Search Optimization, etc.) World Trade Center - Export AdvantEDGE Program (export strategies and training)

What does a program look like? Two main program options: Peak Program: up to 3 days of on-site support by SMA service provider concentrating on manufacturing process & tools. Targeted SBDC consulting or programing provided by local SBDC office. Summit Program: up to 5 days of on-site support by SMA service provider concentrating on manufacturing process & tools. Targeted SBDC consulting or programing provided by local SBDC office. Funding can also be used for SBDC Advanced and Export AdvantEDGE.
