Food is very important for our life You need to eat and drink to be healthy and strong. You need to drink water every day. You need different foods to grow strong and healthy

FOOD THAT COME FROM PLANTS FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND CEREALS. People eat vegetables. Vegetables are plants. Fruit, legumes and cereals also come from plants.
