Multi-Fit What to Expect

What is Multi-Fit?? Multi-Fit is a class that focuses on individual fitness. This course focuses on strength training, aerobic conditioning, speed and agility development, flexibility, and weight management. This class is for students wishing to improve their athletic performance and/or overall physical fitness. This class is not limited to athletes only. Students who desire to gain muscular strength, aerobic endurance, and/or lose weight are highly encouraged to participate. It is important to realize that this class is optional.
