Technical Aspects Bandwidth Encoding profiles for live and on-demand range from 300kbps – 1,500kbps and can be optimised for the KPMG network and webcast requirements Our recommended average is 500kbps dependent on network capacity Given each viewer represents a unique connection to the stream, large numbers of multiple live viewers can cause network capacity issues in which case multicasting or stream splitting is recommended. Viocorp has extensive experience in enabling this across corporate networks. Ensuring traffic access Viostream content is delivered as HTTP (or HTTPS) traffic so there are no specific ports that need to be opened.
