What is Parchment? The transcript is a necessary piece to any college/university application Parchment allows you to request and send your transcript electronically

When should I use Parchment? Use Parchment to place an electronic transcript request to the colleges/universities and scholarships you’re applying to If you’re planning on playing college athletics, please also request your transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center or the NAIA Eligibility Center

Registering for a Parchment.com Account 1) Go to Parchmnet.com and select “Sign Up” 2) Enter your Official Information (Hint: the name on your birth certificate) 3) Enter an email and password that you will remember!

Registering for a Parchment.com Account 4) If you checked, “Yes, let colleges contact me”, you will need to fill out additional information. The grades and scores you enter here do not affect your admission

Registering for a Parchment.com Account 5) If you checked, “No”, you’ll be taken to your Parchment.com homepage 6) Add your high school to your account by selecting “Add a school or organization you attended”

Registering for a Parchment.com Account 7) Search for your high school and add it to your account

Registering for a Parchment.com Account 8) Enter the earliest year you attended that high school and your graduation year. For current seniors, your graduation year is 2016.

Registering for a Parchment.com Account 9) Complete the FERPA Privacy Rights section and check whether or not you want an “unofficial copy” of your transcript stored in your Parchment account

Registering for a Parchment.com Account 10) Now you’re ready to order a transcript. Select “Order” beneath the high school name.
