Cut things out and put them in your journal WITH COMMENTS Include pictures of your friends and family WITH COMMENTS Drawings, paintings, art, poems, songs, stories, WITH COMMENTS JOURNAL TIPS

More Ideas: JOURNAL TIPS Print relevant articles and paste them in and talk about them Talk about what you thought about during class Reflect on your own level of happiness on any given day List 5 things you are grateful for Just be sure to develop your thoughts so we can appropriately read/view them. JOURNAL TIPS

There may be specific assignments provided during class, so just reserve a few pages at the end of the journal to cover them if they arise. The journal does not have to be kept at regular intervals (that is, no need to have an entry for each day/class/week or whatever). By March 7, you will need to have 16 fully developed pages (the fronts and backs of an 8 sheet journal).   You will do a second blue book for the journal due on April 25 JOURNAL TIPS

Photos are fine, but write about yourself as well JOURNAL 1: First Entry = ALL ABOUT YOU At least the first lined page, do not spend the whole blue book doing this Photos are fine, but write about yourself as well Why’d you take this class? What are your thoughts about happiness before taking the class? What do you hope to get out of this class? JOURNAL 1 TIPS

JOURNAL TIPS JOURNAL 1: One entry each for each of the two movies Write an entry in Journal on one thing discussed in the movie that made an impression on you.

JOURNAL 2 TIPS At least one lined page JOURNAL 2: Last Entry = Comments on the Course At least one lined page What you learned in class What changes you made in your own life, if any What you liked about the course What you would change about the class JOURNAL 2 TIPS
