GUARANTEES OF ORIGIN/ ACCESS TO THE GRIDS Chapter 15: Energy Energy Law ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 28/10) is partly harmonized with Directive apart from the definition of guarantee of origin as an electronic document Amendment of the matching Decree on means of issuance, transfer and cancellation of guarantees of origin for energy generated from renewable energy sources and high efficient cogeneration ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 28/10) to be finalized by the end of the 2013 Energy Law ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 28/10) needs to be amended with provisions that stipulate the most strict obligations of the operator of the system to connect the energy produced from renewable energy sources Amendment of the Energy Law ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 28/10) to be finalized by the end of the year M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union Chapter 15: ENERGY
