M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union Montenegro has adopted The Law on Amendments to the Law on Ratification of the ECAA Agreement (“Official Gazette of MNE – International Agreements”, No. 1/11 of 10 January of 2011) with all Regulatives and Directives from the updated Annex 1 of the ECAA Agreement (on basis of the EC Decision 2009/243 of 3 March 2009 amending Annex 1 of ECAA Agreement), in its integral version. So, Council Regulation (EEC) No 2299/89 of 24 July 1989 on a code of conduct for computerized reservation systems has been fully transposed as it is. Since the CRS matter is part of legislative from the Phase II of the Protocol of the ECAA Agreement, there was no further transposition in the, so REGULATION (EC) No 80/2009 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 January 2009 on a Code of Conduct for computerized reservation systems and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 2299/89 has not been transposed, yet. M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union CURRENT SITUATION There is no any “sistem vendor” neither “parent carrier” registered in Montenegro National Air carrier - Montenegro Airlines (YM): – is hosted on the Amadeus Altea Inventory System, – uses the Amadeus reservation system in its offices – does not publish Charter flights through the GDS's – does not use Marketing Information Data Tapes (MIDT) files. “Subscribers”, i.e. travel agencies have possibility to choose of using one of the following GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, Gaetan, Worldspan and Apollo.
