Order Guide Setup Training Overview Two Core Sessions Are Available – Web Based Training Training Will Occur 4 Weeks Prior to Implementation Each Session is Listed with Who Should Attend: Procurement Setup 1 – System Demo/Overview Purchasing Manager and anyone responsible for setting up Order Guides for direct purchase or requisitioning (non-Inventory) Procurement Setup 2 – Setup Requirements

Inventory Management Training Month End Process Training Inventory Management Training Overview Three Core Sessions Are Available – Web Based Training Training Will Occur 1 Week Prior to Implementation Each Session is Listed with Who Should Attend: Storeroom Training Anyone responsible for Fulfilling Requisitions Anyone Responsible for restocking Inventory or managing Par Levels Anyone in Finance with a vested interest in Storeroom transactions Inventory Management Training Anyone responsible for managing adding new or removing old products from Inventory, and making Inventory data corrections Month End Process Training Anyone responsible for performing the Take Inventory Process
