Laura Ingalls Wilder Naomy

Birth Laura was born February 10,1867. She was born in the woods of Wisconsin . Her parents are Charles and Caroline.

education Laura went to school as a little kid at Walnut Grove. She went to Desmet High school in 1882.

Jobs and career Laura was a sewer when she was a teenager. Later she became a teacher in 1971. Later on she became an author and wrote lots of books. She became a mother and had one child.

accomplishments One of her accomplishments is that she published a lot of books. She raised money to keep Mary in collage. She got award in most of her books. Lots of people like her books and she became famous of her books.

Later years Laura married Almanzo in August 25,1885. They were married in Desmet,South Dakota.

Additional facts Laura had a two babies a girl named Rose Wilder and a boy that was not named. The boy died weeks after he was born. They had poor health.

death Laura died February 10, 1957 three days after her birth day. She died at Mansfield, Missouri . She died of old age.

facts Laura's sister Mary got blind from a disease so Laura was her guide. A blizzard came and they were running out of wood and water. She never graduated high school.

Facts about job When she was a teacher almanzo came and picked her up on weekends. When she was a author she published lots of books and got awards for some of them.

Bad things There farm and wheat got destroyed because it caught on fire and hail fell. Her brother died weeks after he was born. They lost money at the stock market.
