Overview What does ‘Requires Improvement’ actually mean?

Strengths Spiritual, moral, social and cultural education - “Leaders have created a warm and inviting school environment where pupils’ ideas are valued” Behaviour – “Pupils’ behaviour is good. They enjoy their learning and have good relationships with each other and with adults.”. “Attendance is good. Children are happy and they enjoy coming to school.” “…all pupils are safe and cared for within the school day…” Marking – “Work is regularly marked. Teachers often give feedback that helps pupils understand what they need to do to improve their work” Extra-curricular provision – “The school provides interesting activities for pupils before and after school resulting, in them receiving a rich and varied experience.”
