Getting into Recruiting Home Select Recruitment from the Top Drop down Menu Click on the Recruiting Home tile

Search Job Openings Select Search Job Openings

Search Job Openings To find applicants in an open Job Opening: Leave Status set to Open Click Search

Job Openings Search Results Jobs Associated with you will appear Click on the hyperlink for the job you desire review

Job Openings Page – Applicants Tab New Columns to assist in your review of applicants: Interest Reject Mark Reviewed Print Interview

Click on the Application icon to view Application Click on the Resume icon to view the Resume Click on the Print icon to print all application materials for an applicant

Application Materials Printing Application Materials Check the box beside all items you want included in the generated PDF document Click “Generate Report”

Statusing Candidates (previously dispositioning) To reject a candidate, click the corresponding Reject link

Rejecting a Candidate Select a reject reason Click the “Reject” Button

More Actions Mark level of interest in the candidate Select Mark Review – If applicant may be considered To Invite for Interview, select the Other Actions Dropdown

Inviting for Interview Select “Recruiting Actions” Select “Edit Disposition”

Inviting for Interview Select “Invite for Interview” Click Save

Obtaining Interview Approval Once you have Selected your Interview Pool: Send email to affact@mst.edu for approval

Rejecting Multiple Candidates Select the candidates from the list of applicants Select Group Actions

Select “Recruiting Actions” and “Reject Applicant”

Rejecting Multiple Applicants Select the reject Reason Click “Reject”
