Passionate Leadership in the Fire Service Presenter Scott Magers has over 36 years in the fire service. He is currently the Fire Chief of the Hillsboro Fire Department, in Hillsboro Oregon. He is an NFPA Fire Officer 4 and a graduate of the National Fire Academy.
