Estar means to be Estar is used with condition, emotion, or location.

Estoy is the yo form of estar and it means I am Ex. Estoy bien. I am fine Estás is the tú form of estar and it means you are. Ex. ¿Cómo estas? How are you?

Está is the él, ella usted form of estar and it means he, she is, you are (formal), or it is. Ella está en la clase. She is in class. He is sick. Él está enfermo.

Estamos is the nosotros/nosotras form and it means we are. Estamos en casa. We are at home. Están is the ellos, ellas, ustedes form and it means they are or you all are. ¿Dónde están ustedes? Where are you all? Ellas están en el parque. They are at the park.
