Architectonic proposal Aim: To obtain the most appropriate sketch design for the Rail Baltica central multi-modal public transport hub in Riga and the Rail Baltica railway bridge in the territory encompassing the historic central railway station of Riga and its infrastructure, the embankment from Dzirnavu iela to Krasta iela and the planned Rail Baltica railway bridge over the River Daugava. Who can apply ? Natural or legal entities, or a partnership of such entities in any combinations, which offers service provision on the market. By submitting an application to bid in the procurement procedure, a supplier has the right to rely on the capacities of other suppliers irrespective of the legal nature of their mutual relations. The average annual net financial turnover of the Candidate (also partnership) for the last 3 (three) years equals at least EUR 150 000 000.00

Professional requirements for Candidate (Design) Minimum professional experience during last 5 years: Design for reconstruction of at least 15 km long electrified railway line in urban environment (including in railway station with 3 tracks), without stopping railway traffic; Design of at least two new bridges with length of 200 m each, from which at least one is located in urban environment; Design of multimodal passenger transport hub with at least two railway tracks in urban environment, providing continuous operation of passenger transport hub. Building area at least 10 000 m2 * a), b) and c) requirements can be fulfilled with one or several contracts

Professional requirements for Candidate (Construction) Minimum professional experience during last 7 years: Experience in the construction of one object, where the contract value, excluding VAT, is at least EUR100 000 000, 00 Reconstruction of at least 10 km long electrified railway line in urban environment (including in railway station with 3 tracks), without stopping railway traffic; Construction of at least two new bridges with length of 200 m each, from which at least one is located in urban environment; Construction or reconstruction of public building in urban environment with total area at least 10 000 m2 * a), b) ,c) and d) requirements can be fulfilled with one or several contracts
