Location: M Park AD is owner of a real estate, about 100 000 sq. m Location: M Park AD is owner of a real estate, about 100 000 sq.m., located on main boulevard in the north part of Sofia city, 8 Iliensko shousse str., just in front of Iliyanci Stock Bazar. Communications: The place is very communicative – just 10 km to the ring road of the city and 3 km to Sofia Central Railway Station. Fast and easy connection to the exit of the city, same as to the center. Access by public transport: Workers and clients can use convenient public transport – tramway lines N 11 and 12; bus lines 83, 87 and 108; minibus taxy lines 18,34,42,43,44; fast connection to the city subway; bus lines between Sofia city and suburbs. Access by car: Our real estate has three exits to the main boulevard. Access is with checkpoint barrier.

Logocenter I New built logistic center, with use permit since 2010; Two floor-building with total built-up area of 12 000 sq.m; The logistic center is built following the interests and requirements of the Clients nowadays, according to marketing research; Designed and built following the newest technologies: a solid brick building; a grind concrete floor; insulation on the walls and the roof; height (4,80m and 4,20m on the first and the second floor); 2 t load capacity elevators; Premises from 936 to 2268 sq.m.

Reinforced concrete structure; Fire alarm system; Each warehouses has at it`s disposal: Private elevator for passengers and freight with 2 t load capacity; Two separate bathrooms; Small office part (about 20 sq.m); Security system. Premises in Logocenter I are designed for warehousing and light producing being appropriate for companies from: food industry; pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries; Fashion industry; light manufacturing; sewing workshops, etc .

Producing – warehouse premises in the renovated base of M Park AD: Designated for companies in: machinery construction; window frames production; production and assembly of metal constructions; electric and engine trucks production; wellness centers and swimming pools production; industrial components and electronics; stainless products; metal articles and powder coating;

Premises have cranes. Height – 6 m to the crane. Construction – reinforced concrete; floor – concrete. Construction – metal, termopanels. Offices and new lavatories. Gas heating.

Photovoltaic power plant: In 2011 M Park AD put into operation a new technological production – a photovoltaic power plant with capacity of 950 kWh. For this innovative project we used the last generation photovoltaic panels and inverters, installed on the roofs of our two new buildings Logocenter 1 and Logocenter 2. Facility management: Management, technical support and maintenance of green areas is being carried out by the work team of M Park AD, supervised by the Executive Director. Green areas: Panoramic view from offices is relaxing and refreshing thanks to the beautiful planted gardens and flowers.

Complementary services: All Clients renting a warehouse from us will have several parking places on the territory of M Park AD, for free ; Client will also have 24/7 life guard and videovigilance, completely for free. This way our Client can feel safe and secure for the goods he deposes on our territory; Just next to M Park AD there is a railway line connected to Sofia Central Railway Station. This is a very convenient and cheap way for the Client to transport his goods, if he wants to; Logistic support – we connect the Client with other companies located on our territory who provide services that our Client may need; Thanks to the feedback we understand the Client’s needs and take under consideration what is important for him.
