Facility management: Management, technical support and maintenance of green areas is being carried out by the work team of M Park AD, supervised by the Executive Director. Green areas: Panoramic view from offices is relaxing and refreshing thanks to the beautiful planted gardens and flowers.

Complementary services: All Clients renting a warehouse from us will have several parking places on the territory of M Park AD, for free ; Client will also have 24/7 life guard and videovigilance, completely for free. This way our Client can feel safe and secure for the goods he deposes on our territory; Just next to M Park AD there is a railway line connected to Sofia Central Railway Station.
