4 Guardwell lock&safe ltd. can deliver strong room doors according to the needs and budgets of their customers. The vault doors come in a range of sizes to fit the strong room vaults. They are heavy and fire-safe vaults. They can either be pre-fabricated and welded on site or can be customized based on the design and size of security rooms. For both the cases, the supplier or expert, take a survey of the vault room and its design and offer consultation on the security solutions before installing the vault door. The vault doors act as physical barrier that separates the vault from rest of the floor space – stairs, other rooms, corridors, etc.

5 The vault doors are made to clamp around the walls. When the thickness of the wall is provided, Guardwell lock & supplies provide appropriate doors that are mounted directly on the concrete by experts. How vault doors are built Firstly, the wall panels for the vault room are erected. Usually, these walls are made from concrete. SMP Strong Room Door

6  These walls need to be extremely strong. The concrete that sets quickly is generally used.  When the concrete is still damp, the steel rods are introduced to the concrete to add layers of strength.  Now, the molds are vibrated to settle the concrete securely around the rods. This is carried on for several hours.  Vibration of the molds also helps to eliminate any air pockets lingering in the concrete.  Panels are fitted into the concrete and usually cased with stainless steel.  The vault doors are fixed into the panels using girders made of metal. After this, they are fit with lock.

7  The lock that are fit into the vault doors usually are of dual combination.  They have an inside release mechanism that safely guards all your valuables.  The dual combination requires two people to synchronously dial in for the door to open.  The vault rooms are usually equipped with alarm sensors both inside and outside for added layers of security.  The vault doors may also have other safety features like automated systems, reverse doors, motion sensors, etc.  The vault rooms can also have hatch that may be used for emergency purposes.
