The concrete that sets quickly is generally used.  When the concrete is still damp, the steel rods are introduced to the concrete to add layers of strength.  Now, the molds are vibrated to settle the concrete securely around the rods. This is carried on for several hours.  Vibration of the molds also helps to eliminate any air pockets lingering in the concrete.  Panels are fitted into the concrete and usually cased with stainless steel.  The vault doors are fixed into the panels using girders made of metal. After this, they are fit with lock.
