Print quality in EPM To the untrained eye, it will be difficult to distinguish between prints produced with CMY and CMYK. Tonal reproduction is nearly identical. The reachable color gamut is 90% when using EPM, and this usually has no or little impact on most jobs. With the naked human eye, it is usually difficult, if not impossible, to distinguish between prints produced with CMY and CMYK. The tonal reproduction on the printed piece is nearly identical thanks to sophisticated color algorithms. EPM can cover 90% of the color gamut. This might have no impact or limited impact on most jobs.
