Ms. Heinl AP Calculus AB Mayfield High School 2016-2017 Grading Learning Checks = 4 points Non-weighted Quizzes = 15  25 points (Quiz corrections for ½ points back, provided all book homework is turned in on day of quiz) If you are absent the day of the quiz, your work must still be turned in. You can scan it & e-mail it to me. Projects = TBD Tests = 50 points (Test corrections for ½ points back, provided all book homework is turned in on day of test) If you are absent the day of the test, your work must still be turned in. You can scan it & e-mail it to me. First Semester Exam All tests and quizzes are cumulative!

Ms. Heinl AP Calculus AB Mayfield High School 2016-2017 A Final Note… Being an AP course, we obviously have an AP Exam at the end of the year. Please understand that everything we do during the school year is meant to help you succeed on the AP Exam – that is the end goal of this course, free college credit due to your score on the exam. By working towards success on the exam, you will learn the fundamentals of Calculus that will help you succeed in any further math course that you may take in the future. The work you do now will have a great impact on your future!
