Procedures Birthdays To celebrate your child’s birthday, you may send in a preapproved Nut-free treat for your child to share with the class. We have 25 students in our class. Notes Place in green folder. works too! Vacation Work will be completed upon your return. If requested, a journal will be sent with the student. They will share their adventure when they return.

Procedures Snack Pack “ONE” healthy snack each day and a water bottle. Mystery Reader The Mystery Reader sign up is in the back. It will be on Friday’s for about 20 minutes. Time is still TBD but should be between 9:30-11:00. What to bring: -A picture book Clues about yourself Dismissal Remember to send in a note/ if your child is going to be a car rider. Please call the office it is after 12:30 Star of the Week Starting next week, there will be a Student Star each week. You will get a detailed letter and a poster to decorate a week prior. The routine is: Monday- Poster Share Tuesday- Pictures Wednesday- Favorite Toy Thursday- Favorite Book Friday- Favorite Nut-free Treat

Procedures Test’s Please sign and return all Math and Spelling tests. No need to sign and return Spelling Pre-tests.

Procedures- Report Cards 1.Do not get them the first marking period. 2.Can be found in your HAC. 3.Printed copy with be sent home at the end of the year. 4. Happy to set up a conference to discuss report cards.

*Your child should be exposed to literacy every night* Choose a book together and parent reads to child. Echo reading-parent reads a section aloud with the child following along. Then the child reads the same section. Paired reading- parent reads a section, then the child reads a section. Keep taking turns.
