We LOVE Math… Math Workshop Four days a week Teacher works with small groups/one on one on concepts based on standards and the needs of students Flexible groups (novice-apprentice) formed using formal/informal assessments and need based on our common core standards Our class has been asked to field test 3 new Common Core aligned curriculums for the new math adoption in the school year. The three curriculums are… My Math Math Expressions Eureka Math Each curriculum will be tested for a 3 week period

Mystery Reader… One of the BEST ways to volunteer… Surprise your child and read his/her favorite book/s to the class Anyone can do it… Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, etc. Great way to get to know your child’s class!
