Goals for IAWP Membership- a) increase by 10% Education- a)One Saturday event every year (for every sub-chapter) b)Four brown bag events every year (for every sub-chapter) c)Conduct State Conference d)One article for the State Chapter newsletter from every-sub chapter Training – (this section will need to be tailored to your agency’s goals) a)Employee Engagement b)Facilitate Lean training c)Continue to foster partnership with the agency and WFSCE Awards- Award nomination for every category a)IAWP Awareness- b)Meet with the Commissioner c)Make sure that the ELT is informed of IAWP & have their support d)Market to current & new ESD/partners 10
