Chapter 14: Transport Policy M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union  MontePos is an infrastructure which realizes national coordination system in Montenegro and enables the integration of Montenegrin permanent station network with neighboring countries and European permanent station network.  MontePos project, made by Real Estate Administration of Montenegro, provides DGNSS which is a real time navigation system as GNSS observations for positioning in post processing GPS IN MONTENEGRO

Most of the fiber optic network is owned by “Telekom Crna Gora”  Further development of optical infrastructure is supported by the decision of Government of Montenegro from the year 2011 by which they approved the plan for building a 400kv transmission line with optical cable from Montenegrin coast to Pljevlja and 500kv submarine cable with optic fiber from Italy to Montenegro
