Law Library Update: Scholarship Repository and Library Services

Faculty Repository Past Articles: Send an to Ken or me with the statement “I grant permission to the University of Cincinnati College of Law to publish in its institutional repository all articles authored by me contained within the Hein Online service.” New articles or articles not on Hein Online: send your article to the same address that you use for your SSRN submissions: Tell us in your cover message whether you want to post the article to both SSRN and our repository. If you anticipate that the article will be published, please also send a copy of your publication agreement. It is important that any publication agreement you execute retain the right to include the article in our repository. If you would like assistance with reviewing a proposed agreement, please let Ken know.
