1 The Changing Consumer Microsite Brief Background The Changing Consumer programme is looking at the changes in Consumer power and behaviours as a result of new technologies, generation shifts, economic impacts and societal shifts. The key objectives are to develop a Point of View, on how we believe our clients across all industries should respond to the Changing Consumer trends. As part of the programme we are also: Building an Innovation Centre in our Fenchurch Street office Developing a visual identity with 5 specific imagery for use on posters, s banners and incorporated into other collateral Producing a short telestration Creating sale support tools i.e. scripts, brochures, handbook for Senior Executives, Point of Views, case studies etc

2 The Changing Consumer Microsite Brief Develop a microsite for external clients and internal Accenture employee. The site needs to be created within the mobile friendly version site. Internal Objective Developed as an executive companion for Accenture employees, the site should increase and promote engagement with our people, provide access to sales support tools and latest news, thought leadership and information on Changing Consumer. External Objective Help build relationships with our clients by way of a selling tool that aggregates relevant content on the changing consumer. Simulate conversations and initiate client engagement/meeting with Accenture.

3 The Changing Consumer Microsite Brief Requirements The site needs to be created from the following placeholder/site so that we can keep traffic within our local domain (highlighted in red): en/Pages/index.aspx External site available to everyone (example: Internal site only accessible to Accenture Employees via Accenture Enterprise ID and password Both can be created from the same site but the internal site needs to be hidden from external people. Site functions include page meta data and Search Engine Optimisation to allow for tracking visitor activity, search functionality
