Begin with adding a name which will serve as your headline. You can use the image toolbar on the left to add or change an image. C

When you are done creating your page, click Publish at the top right, and you'll see the story appear in the News section as the most recent story.

6. Use the News web part on a page
You can add the News web part to any page. Just do this:

Click the edit pencil on the left side of the News web part.
Hover your mouse above or below an existing web part and you'll see a line with a circled +. Click on it.
In the web part search box, enter News to quickly find and select the News web part.
