SW College Street Project Summary Proposal includes a fully glazed 22’-6”-tall building with a 27’-6”-tall stone wall between existing and proposed New building partially sits atop new stone stairs, a portion of the stairs & associated handrails encroach into the SW Yamhill Street right-of-way North elevation includes 3 sets of double doors All mechanical will be incorporated into the existing building A new single story building for a portion of the developed block Existing 2-story building will be partially demolished Existing skybridge above SW Yamhill Street approved to be demolished
