What is BuyBoard?

Overview  BuyBoard is a Purchasing Cooperative  16 year history  Meets all Missouri bid laws  Gains members access to a wide range of vendors with pricing based on national volume levels  Procurement professionals oversight of RFP process  Helps provide funding to enhance public education  Free to join

Benefits  Members reduce procurement cycle and costs  Because BuyBoard vendors have gone through the competitive bid process, the program meets state procurement requirements  No more RFPs  Procurement staff will not have to go through preparing specifications, advertising bids, reviewing proposals, awarding bids, and defending awards

Benefits  No cost to join, and no fee to participate (all purchasing transactions are between the purchasing entity and the vendor)  You can add BuyBoard to your purchasing toolkit with no obligation  Leverages the power of nationwide volume, so prices are often lower than individual districts can typically get on their own
