Why is Pinnacle implementing Coupa? Pinnacle Entertainment is implementing Coupa as a key step in standardizing our procure-to-pay process and making it as paperless as possible. The goal of implementing Coupa is to enable Pinnacle Entertainment to reduce processing costs through e-ordering and e-invoicing, thereby decreasing cycle times. 6 What is the Coupa Supplier Network?
The Coupa Supplier Network (CSN) is a NO COST online tool that serves as the interface between the suppliers and Pinnacle Entertainment. The CSN lets suppliers manage content and settings on a customer-by-customer basis, including: Manage your company information View purchase orders Create and send invoices

8 Registering for the CSN
You should have received an by now inviting you to join the Coupa Supplier Network. To register, follow the instructions within the invite OR register directly at Login Here Register Here Forgot password? *Please note that you must first be registered with SciQuest. 9 Setting up the company profile
My Account will allow you to edit the name, , password, and photo associated with your CSN account. Click on the icon at the upper right corner. The area selector will open a pop-up window. Click My Account Edit name, , password Check ‘I am not a robot’ Click Save Click Here Click Here

10 Setting up the company profile
Your first step upon entering the CSN should be creating your public profile. NOTE: Profile is visible to ALL Coupa customers. Click Profile Click Edit Profile Complete all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk * Click Here

You can easily add your Remit-to information through the CSN. Follow the steps below: Click Remit To Complete all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk * Click Save

12 User profiles You can add and manage users from your organization according to the role that needs to be assigned. Click Admin Click Invite User or Edit (the fields will be the same) Enter Name, , Permissions Click Send Invitation (Invite User) or Save (Edit) Click Here - Or - Click Here

13 User profiles Note that the fields are the same whether you Invite User or Edit. Select the permissions according to the role of the person in your organization. We recommend that you have only one administrator with All permissions. The Accounts Receivable role should have both Orders and Invoices clicked. All – Controls all functions in the CSN Admin – Can manage users, merge requests, and remit-to addresses Orders – Can view and acknowledge orders Invoices – Can view and create invoices Catalogs – Out of scope Profiles – Can edit company profile

14 User profiles When your account is initially created, the creator will have ALL permissions. We recommend that you enable your Accounts Receivable role with Orders and Invoices. A list of all your customers will be in the Customers section. When you create a user role for your staff, you can assign specific customers to that person or ALL. This example shows a first time registrant that accepted the invitation from Pinnacle Entertainment. Make sure this is checked if you want that role to be able to view Pinnacle Entertainment transactions.

15 View Purchase Orders You will be able to view your POs in the CSN regardless of your transmission method. To view Pinnacle Entertainment orders, there are two options. Two options to view orders Click on the icon (new PO notification) In the pop-up, click on the PO # to view PO Click on Orders Click on the PO # to view the PO 1, Click Here Or – 2. Click here

16 Acknowledge Purchase Orders
Within the full view of the PO, you will be able to let Pinnacle Entertainment know that you have received the order by clicking on the Acknowledged checkbox and then click Save. Acknowledge PO by clicking Acknowledged Save (you can also print your order)

17 Creating Invoices You will be able to create an Invoice directly from the PO in the CSN, commonly referred to as a ‘PO Flip’, there are two options. You can quickly flip the PO from the list of orders via the create invoice icon. Within the full view of the PO, you can click on the Create Invoice button. Two options for ‘PO Flip’ Click on the icon under Actions (Create invoice) From the full PO view, click Create Invoice 1, Click Here Or – 2. Click here

18 Complete required fields
Creating Invoices Enter the mandatory Invoice # and Date on the Create Invoice screen. You can attach a copy of your invoice (JPEG or PDF). Complete required fields indicated by asterisk * Edit quantities, shipping, handling The Calculate button updates totals Click Submit Complete required fields Click to Submit

19 Creating Non-PO Backed Invoices
For invoices that are not associated with POs, you can generate invoices directly using the Invoices functionality. NOTE: Use Invoices functionality to ‘Invoice Against Contract.’ Select the appropriate contract from the dropdown list and click the Create button Create the invoice by following the same instructions from the previous step The Calculate button updates totals Click Submit Select the appropriate contract * Do not select No Contract **Most suppliers will have a single default placeholder contract in place ***Please contact for clarification on this process

20 Creating Credit Notes Sending credit notes via the CSN works very similar to invoicing, except that you would be invoicing a negative quantity (for quantity POs, negative amount for amount based). There are two options: Preferred method - You can create a credit note from the list of orders via the Create credit note icon. From the Invoices view, click on the Credit note button. 21 Creating Credit Notes Creating a credit note against a PO will allow you to apply credits for specific lines. In this example we will apply credits for a service and for items. For services, use a negative dollar amount in the Price field. For items, use a negative quantity in the Qty field. For services, use the unit price field For items, use the Quantity field

22 Creating Credit Notes Creating a credit note from the Invoices view will not allow you to apply credits for a specific line. Use this option for non-PO backed invoices. Notice that you are not able to select a PO line that you would like to apply credits against.

23 Why invoice via CSN? There are a number of key benefits to you for invoicing via the CSN: You can monitor the status of your invoice in the CSN Invoices are processed, and potentially approved, automatically Faster processing than generating your own invoices Potential approval for payment immediately! Creating and sending invoices

24 Already on the CSN? If for some reason your company has a CSN account already registered, you can alleviate the confusion by merging your company accounts. Note that you will need to find the person in your company that is the administrator of the account so they can accept the merge request. Select Merge Request Talk to the owner of the account you want to merge with and decide who the owner will be Add comment Click Send Request
