Halloween Run facts: Location: Capitol Park—Moving from the Grove. Date: 10/25/2014 Time: 6:30pm Estimated Number of Participants/Spectators: – 800 racers with 200 spectators. Girls on the Run 5K run. Event Beneficiary and/or Benefits to the City of Boise: YMCA If a returning event, please present the number of years the event has occurred and any changes from the previous year: second year moving from the Grove Map of the Event Footprint or Route: attached And while you need not necessarily present on the following, please be prepared to answer questions regarding: Traffic Control Plan: see attached Security Plan: Not applicable Name of Alcohol Service Provider: Not applicable Alcohol Service Area and Plan: Not applicable List of Food Vendors: Not applicable. We are not sure if we will have food vendors at this time. Neighborhood Notification Plan: 7-10 days before the race we will put up signs on the streets that will have the closures and/or have volunteers leave notices on the houses in the neighborhoods. Trash/Recycling Plan: We will have a dumpster, 10 trash cans, and 10 recycling bins.
