Location: Valley Wide facilities at Diamond Valley Lake (bottom of the hill near the ball fields)
Set up time: 11 am
Break down: 4 pm or earlier
Needs:
Tshirts, medals
5 Porta-a-potties
Registration forms and release of liability

Choose a date and submit a request for facilities to the location (Valley Wide)

2) Complete insurance forms with indemnity and all of the particulars (copy in file)
3) Design and order medals, tshirts, flyers and signs
4) Post the date and logo on social media

5) Post flyers around the school and town (must get ASB approval to post on site) 6) Make a list of committed vendors (get phone # AND s) 7)Make a list of committed volunteers (get phone numbers and s) 8) Reserve porta-a-potties, secure ez-ups 9) One month in advance walk the course, plan for water stations and first aide 10) Week before, check in with vendors and volunteers

Your job is to set up, watch runners and be
Helpful and positive
Please act as a cheering squad as runners pass your water station or your area of shade
Bring your own folding chair if you are working a station
Wear your Breakfast Club shirt
Thank people for participating!
Clean up all trash and tables before we leave
