At the Owl Link Main Menu click on Faculty & Staff.

Click on Class Roster.

To select a specific term, select a term from the drop down list.

Click on a class. Click Submit to continue.

Click on these Students.

Click on the button next to All Students Listed to send message to all students on the list. Click Submit to Continue.

Or to send a message to selected students, click on the button next to Only Selected Students. Check the boxes next to the students to be ed. Click Submit to continue.

To include other recipients, select an action from the drop down list and enter an address, e.g., department chair or another faculty member.
