1. Setting up your account and class roster in the Classroom Management System
Log onto:
The following slides describe how to change your password & set up your roster. All teachers must change/recover their password to begin the new year.

2. Click on change or
recover your password

3. Enter your district email address and click on Submit

4. You should then receive the following email in your district email Inbox.

5. After clicking on the change my password link in the email, you will be redirected to this screen
Enter and confirm your desired password here. Your password is:
Raiders1

6. You should receive this screen and you are now ready to begin building your roster!
Click the X to close the text window

7. Click on Roster on the left menu bar

8. Click on Add New

9. Enter student First Name and Last Name

10. Click on the drop down Arrow to select the
Reading Stage in which you wish to place the student.
See Reading Stages Chart on the next slide for reference

12. arrow and select student gender
Click on the drop down
arrow and select student gender
Click in the radio button if the student
requires Spanish support. If you click this,
then the student will receive instructions
in Spanish when working the Practice Station.

13. Click on the drop down arrow and select T/S Portal
as the program in which you are enrolling the student.
If your classroom is selected to participate in the TutorMate
program, you will later select Both Apps for the students in
your class who participate.

14. Click Save and you are now ready
to add the next student
