NCNG Hazard Response Process NCEM DOMOPS Cell What capability is needed to fill gap? Is the capability available within NCNG? GOV/ TAG When the State of NC is in need, the NCNG Citizen Soldier/Airmen Stands ready; State Declaration of Emergency J3 ORDERS Units Decisions regarding which FPs (units) to support request are made based on current scenario (Annual Training, Equipment status, Training Event). Utilize a task order to assign units a mission. Unit members VOLUNTEER FOR ACTIVATION. FP reports NLT 24 hours after notification. Force Package Deploys Local Request Force packages are handed off to the local jurisdiction; we work for the IC. A liaison package is stationed at the Branch Office (RCC) IOT provide an operating picture for the JFHQ. This relationship also supports the review and possible change of FPs based on need.
