AIM OF THE PROJECT To increase the knowledge of 560 participants (NGO and local administration employees) who are responsible for creating and implementing public policies at the local level

A REAS OF INTEREST :  cooperation between administration and NGOs e.g. cooperation programs between NGOs and public local/regional administration  supporting social entrepreneurship e.g. funding for local social enterprises, NGOs economic activity, theme villages  conducting public consultations  Participation of NGOs in creating public policies e.g. consulting the strategies for solving social problems, youth politics, development of specific areas –land use, social revitalization,

P ROJECT A CTIVITIES  Participants will have individual transnational mobility programs (5 days study tour/internship/job shadowing), 4-6 participants on each visit  The purpose of this programs is to familiarize them with interesting solutions applied in the EU  We would like them to implement /adjust this solutions to their own practice in their workplace by the end of 2017

 We will recruit participants and international partners during the whole project  We will prepare individual mobility programs and will match the participants to organizations and their capacity  First visits will start in June HOW WE DO IT ?

 to create with project leader 2 or 3 programs how to implement individual transnational mobility programs., will it be study tour, internship or job shadowing  to prepare places where the program will be implemented, find institutions, preferably in the area of foreign partner specialization to implement 5-day internship/job shadowing.  to help to organize the visit (advice on hotels and identify effective modes of transport – optimize the costs of accommodation and transport)  mentoring each group that will come for individual transnational mobility programs  finding experts for each program (each expert will work 3 hours per day per participant during 5-days visit) TASKS OF FOREIGN PARTNERS

Polish leader and partners cover all costs of the visits:  accommodation costs  daily allowance  insurance  any others costs arising from the need to protect the special needs of participants with disabilities BUDGET

 The foreign Partner will receive 250 € (for each person for each visit) for substantive costs on the basis of actual expenditure incurred  In total, for 1 group it will be € for substantive costs (4-6 participants in a group)  Project budget has no lump sums, we have to show actual costs  We accept accounting notes from partners plus additional supporting documents regarding expenditures e.g. payrolls, timesheets of hired experts etc. (reimbursement) BUDGET FOR FOREIGN PARTNERS
