Generating Design Ideas There are two parts to this: a)you need to find 4 recipes that would fit your brief and design a 5th b)you need to cook 1 of those ideas

The following slides are examples of how to lay out the recipes that would fit your brief. Each idea needs to be annotated about how it fits your brief and what changes, if any, you would need to make to make it fit the brief better.

You must refer to the social, moral, environmental and sustainability issues for each idea.

Social and moral considerations include: Reheating (what cooking facilities available) Free range eggs Farm assured products Organic ingredients Red Tractor logo ingredients Additive free Dietary Needs Suitable for Vegetarians GM foods Fairtrade

Environmental and Sustainability considerations include: Food miles Organic Packaging Sustainability Processed foods Locally sourced ingredients Seasonal ingredients
