DETAILED NATURE OF BUSINESS The company will pursue their business in the Hospitality and Food retail segment, by providing complete equipment solutions needed by the industry, segmented into Cold Kitchen products Hot Kitchen Products Fabrication Preparation equipment Ware washing equipment Equipment for the Food Display and Retail Business

DETAILED NATURE OF BUSINESS – cont: The company sees an opportunity to do a profitable business as the Food Industry & the Cold Chain for Food products is at a nascent stage in India and is poised to grow many folds in the next 3-4 years. The company aspires to have a major share of the total business potential, involved in the equipment supply business in this industry. The, company wants to achieve the goals by partnering with strategic Global and Indian Partners, in various relationships of Distributor or Sole marketing and servicing agents. Build a strong and professional team and Creating their own network of Sales offices and Service centres around the length and breadth of the Country to provide localised support to their customer base, May that be for their equipment needs or timely service of the equipment supplied to the company’s customers.

MISSION 1000 DAYS Finalise the Source Partners for Refrigeration (A premium and a local made in India) and fabricated products, Target the Upper, middle and Lower segment of the Hospitality Industry for their need of Refrigeration and Fabricated Products. Target and achieve a sales volume of 500lac in FY15-16, 1000lac in FY16-17 AND 2000lac in FY Building a Strong and Professional Sales and Service team to execute the Mission will be the focus area. The Sales volume will be achieved through appointing a network of Channel Partners who are strong in the hospitality segment and their Local area of operation.

MISSION 1000 DAYS- Cont : Appointment of 4 Strong dealers in Mumbai/ Raipur/ Goa & Kolkata will contribute 250lac volume and appointment of 10 dealers in Pune/ Kolhapur/ Nashik/ Nagpur/Ahmedabad/ Bhopal/ Bhubaneswar/ Patna/ Ranchi and Guwahati will contribute another 250lac volume. This process of Identification and appointment will be complete in 60 days of starting the operation. The target volume of 1200lac in FY16-17 and subsequently 2000lac in FY17-18 will be achieved through strengthening of the existing dealer network, growing their business volume by 100% in three years and adding of new Channel partners in Unrepresented Towns and Areas.

PROFILE OF THE PEOPLE WHO WILL DRIVE THE COMPANY MILIND PARAB A Marketing professional, who has gathered 18plus years of experience in different Industries, has in depth knowledge of the Hospitality Industry. He has served companies like “GUNNEBO” and “CELFROST” in the senior management team. He has an excellent working relationship with Major Industry Consultants and Chefs. Brand strengthening, Co-ordination with Principle companies and Logistics will be his area of operation. NEERAJ GUPTA An Ace Business entrepreneur, who has built a strong trading house in the last 20 years and managed it singlehandedly. He has in depth knowledge of the hospitality segment. Accounts Finance and Statutory norms will be his area of operation.
