Targets Phase 1 - Fund and build Funding for a full time fundraising / administration officer Secure $6m via grants, corporate, crowd funding Environmental upgrade plans – Solar, grey water, recycling etc. Restore Cornwell House, construct new building Phase 2 - Operate Fit for purpose governance structure and processes Promote as a regional community facility

City of Swan – in 2016 CHCW acknowledges the consistent, generous and valued support of the City Link CHCW to prospective corporate partners via City and personal networks Consider funding for a full time fundraising / administration officer for 2 years Consider substantial contribution to building fund – lead by example Assist in promoting CHCW to the wider public, WA and Australian governments
