What we do Provide a valued service for our guests Let the guest talk if they want to Ensure that guests do not remove any item of clothing other than coats and jackets

What we do Allow 30 minutes for each session minutes therapy time Take a break when needed

What we don’t do! Ask guests questions about their personal circumstances (unless they choose to talk about them with you) Give any personal details to guests, even our professional contact details Stay on your own in a room with a guest

Please note There may not be a queue of guests Mingle with the guests to let them know about your service

Be flexible & work as a team Turn up for your shifts on time Dress in comfortable, warm clothes Bring additional layers of clothing Bring only small amounts of money Please do not give money to our guests Important points to remember
