Africa Diseases Public Service Announcements

African Diseases Assignment - H You’re a doctor for the International Organization called Doctors Without Borders. The US government wants you to create a public service announcement about each of the three African diseases. Your goal is to get rich people in the US and Europe to donate money to help solve the health crises. Each announcement will explain the causes, your solutions, and reasons why it is difficult to solve.

Diseases Assignment Option 1: Commercials (with a partner) Directions: Create three public service commercials for each of the three African diseases. Requirements: 1. Causes 2. Explanation of why its difficult to solve? 3. Explain 2 solutions 4. Sketch of your best solution with explanation of why it is the best (#1 priority) PRODUCTS – Check out xtranormal.com, you can make sweet videos there, make sure you publish your video and get the link. If that fails you can write a script, use a video camera, camera phone, sketch out scenes, etc.

Diseases Assignment Option 2: Billboards (individually) Directions: Create three billboards (one for each of the 3 diseases) that you will put up in an urban area of Zimbabwe. Requirements: 1.
