"CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT" REVIEW OF PROGRAM (NOV-APR) The Northern Knights U/16 Max Richardson Squad began in November of last year. The AFL Victoria’s U/16 Metropolitan Championship Games marked the ½ way stage of the program. Players have been rated on parts of our key selection criteria and have been provided written comments to give them an understanding of where the Knights believe they can improve.
