3 "CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT" REVIEW OF PROGRAM (NOV-APR) The Northern Knights U/15 Keith Burns Squad began in November of last year. The squad played Development games against 2 other regions in April which marked the ½ way stage of the program. Players have been rated on parts of our key selection criteria and have been provided written comments to give them an understanding of where the Knights believe they can improve.
