3 What’s New? For the FLKRS Administration Monitoring features were added to the Progress Monitoring and Reporting Network (PMRN) in for School Districts to track the level of completion by their schools. District testing coordinators should monitor the progress of all schools in entering their ECHOS TM and FAIR scores during the first 30 instructional days and insure that all schools have submitted their scores prior to the 30 th day. 3

4 What’s New? For the FLKRS Administration Open 30 Day Window – When principals register their schools they are required to enter the first date of classes which creates the calendar that determines the 30 day window. Teachers should log in and change their password prior to the start of school so they have access to the PMRN for 30 instructional days. All scores will be automatically saved by system on the 30 th day. ONLY and Public schools who do not use the Florida Assessments for Instruction in Reading – K (FAIR-K) for progress monitoring ONLY need to administer the Early Childhood Observation System™ (ECHOS™) and the Broad Screen of the FAIR-K. 4

5 Reminders For the FLKRS Administration required online Public schools are required to administer the FLKRS (FAIR-K and ECHOS TM ) online. may Non-public schools may administer both portions of the FLKRS. sent directly to FLKRS Kits are sent directly to districts and non-public schools. School districts were asked to provide the Department with their FLKRS training dates and locations and were provided a list of non-public schools and their contact information.
