1 The Creative Curriculum for Preschool
The Creative Curriculum for Preschool is a comprehensive, research-based curriculum designed to provide a developmentally appropriate, content-rich program for children with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

2 About the Curriculum The curriculum reinforces the  belief that the best way to help children succeed is to teach them to be creative, confident thinkers. That means offering them opportunities for hands-on exploration and discovery that help build lifelong critical thinking skills and foster confidence. The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool provides  encouragement and support for every type of learner and address all the important areas of learning.

3 What are The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool Objectives for Development & Learning?
There are 38 research-based objectives that are the heart of the curriculum. They include predictors of school success, and are aligned with state early learning guidelines and Early Learning Framework. The objectives cover 10 areas of development and learning, including broad developmental areas, content areas, and English language acquisition.

Counting up to at least 30 Calendar, Months of the Year Days of the week Weather & Graphing

16 Differentiated Instruction (D.I.)
Learning is NOT one size fits all! I will embrace and nurture our differences  Children learn differently and at their own  pace  Responsive/flexible teaching: I will modify my teaching instead of expecting students  to modify their learning  I have created learning centers which take into account different learning styles    I use a multi-sensory approach to teaching.     The children are offered auditory, visual, tactile and kinesthetic materials & methods of learning.
