Patience, Reality and Attainable Goals –Success is heavily based knowing what is it you are trying to achieve. –Instant gratification and overnight results are modern ideas that are not realistic –Decisions should be made based on data relevant to the given situation According to ISSLC standards 1 and 3 these ideas would prove my ideas successful and evident in school administration: –development and implementation of a clear vision – manage and oversee the completion of operations and activities necessary for furthering the learning environment Purpose Driven and Goal Oriented

Ability to effectively communicate throughout the diverseness of a population –Life lessons as an athlete and coach –Maturity and courage of a probation officer Through these experiences I have gained the ability to relate with people regardless of age, sex, economic status, interests, social status, and legal status. These qualities provide me the advantage to excel in ISSLC standards 3, 4 and 6- –I have proven my ability to work effectively with community and family –I have successfully managed a safe environment while designated the responsibility of continually overseeing 150 known convicted felons –My education has provided me the opportunity to examine social, political and economic issues necessary for sound decision making and leadership Attributes

Extreme emphasis and focus to be placed on economically disadvantaged and those with special needs: –Differentiated Instruction –Various modalities –Bloom’s Taxonomy Strive to accomplish these tasks by implementing ISSLC standards 2 and 5: –Grade level meetings will address the nurturing and instructional activities to aide in targeting this group –Staff will model professional behavior not only in the classroom, but throughout the school Areas to Accomplish
